We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer service representative by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at +92 319 4110064 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will deposit the money in your given bank account or offer you an online voucher of the same price.

In case of a made to order product, if there is an issue with the measurements - we will happy to make alterations to ensure that the fitting is as desired by the customer.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must raise a refund request within 2 days of item receipt to be entitled to process a refund.

Returns Method

Once your return request is approved by our customer care team, we will provide you with all the necessary details for returning the item, including the return address and any specific instructions. Please note that we won't be refunding the return shipping cost.

Processing Your Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
